I love your two photos of the Grey Heron and Juvenile FE. I continue to marvel at your 'in flight' skills. I tried on a few occasions on our last trip and did not find it an easy exercise at all. Much more practice needed......in Kruger

A different view of a bushbuck.
Amazing when you look at a bushbuck that they appear to be so very gentle with their soft faces, when in reality they are quite feisty individuals.

Thanks Jan....hope your spot is reserved for your future trip......

As much time as I've spent in Kruger in my life, I haven't had nearly as much time in Skukuza area as I would expect - this gallery convinced me otherwise so I spent a bit of time at this magical place recently and I was not disappointed at all! Although I stayed at Pretoriuskop, I made the drive through just to get here - and then arriving I was the only car, something I relished, spending a good 40 minutes all on my own.

I have some photos (nothing as amazing as Jan van Wyk's though - they are truly special   !!) that I hope to share in the next few days - and I will need to plan a trip to Skukuza and Lake Panic will be the time consumer :D
