International Wild Card

Unread post by Dave » Thu Jan 09, 2014 1:55 pm

I have recently renewed my International Couples Wild Card (for my wife and myself), but will be travelling to Kruger in June alone - is the International Couples Card valid for me as an individual?
Appreciate feedback on this,
Regards, Dave

Definitely Dave .. as long as your details are updated as one of the people on the couples card than it will not be a problem.

International Wild Card

Unread post by solarized » Thu Apr 24, 2014 11:16 am

Hi all, I know this is probably a regular question, but I can't seem to find an answer. I am travelling with my boyf to the Kruger for 10 days, is it a International All Parks Cluster we need (couple) even though we only plan to go to the Kruger - I can't see an international wild card, for the individual parks, or is this the only way for us travellers?

The international Wild card only come in the " all cluster" format ... but you can use it if you travel to the Cape for Cape Point , the penguins and so on . If you are staying more than 6 nights in the Park its then worth buying one if not pay every day .So it would be worth your while to buy one .
And have a great time and wear the yellow ribbon on your front wing mirror All mites do .

Thanks for your help. We are in the Kruger for 9 nights, so think this will work out as our cheapest option then.

Yes you can buy an International Wild Card in Kruger. If you are staying overnight, the gate (Phabeni or Paul Kruger) may ask you to buy it at your first camp.

Yes you can pay with cash but only South African Rand (ZAR)

Please keep the receipt you get as that is proof of your Wild Card purchase. You will not get a physical card as it has to be personalised and sent to you later.

Hello Soes . Yes you can by a card at the gate but if they are busy they will direct to croc bridge camp where you can buy a "card" you wont get a card but get a payment slip that you must show at each camp you go to .and do not loose it !!!!

I've just bought mine online again. I've done it for many years now and the confirmation letter arrives immediately. I print it off and use that. It's accepted everywhere including all the KZN parks I went to in March this year.
I haven't actually received a proper wildcard for the last 3 years or more but when I went online this time was told my last one ran out in April 2013. In fact it ran out this month.
