Re: Newbie asks: October/Nov trip--tent camp, itinerary & mo

Hubby wants me to keep the Mata Mata units with the a/c. What a lightweight, that he can't handle a little bit of Kalahari heat---yet HE is the one who sleeps out on his sailboat in the middle of Florida summer! Re: Sanparks vehicle drives off bridge

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

If this not one of the bridges in KNP that you can get out of and also is the speed limit on these bridges not 20km per hour?

if yes then are Sanparks still allowed to travel at 65km per hour?

Re: Open Question to the Forum

Now I believe we have a rule that on some topics we cannot edit our posts.

What next?

Even thou I have never had anything on my photos I feel this is another concern as raised above. I have stopped my trip report in support of the members with this issue.

Crackers I 100% agree sometimes I think this forum is in self destruct mode. Meandering Mouse you have been a valued member of this forum for a long time so surely you were not that naïve to realise what your post was going to start. DinkyBird - My patience waiting for a response ended a long time a...

Re: Exploring KTP In October

Day 15 - 17th October This morning we got up the usual time of 5am and once again all the power went out 5.10am so our packing process was slightly difficult and took longer than expected therefore we only departed at 6.15am. After collecting our permit and saying our goodbye to Willem we had quick...

Day 14 - 16th October - Continued Meerkats Meerkats live up to about 10 to 14 years or more. They suffer from poor vision at short range though they have excellent long range eyesight. When a colony gets overcrowded the meerkats typically disperse and form smaller groups to ensure that there will b...
