  • I want to pay via EFT for my online booking?

    As per our online bookings terms & conditions, we currently only accept credit card payments for online bookings. Should you wish to pay via a different channel, you will need to contact Reservations:

  • How do I book for an Advanced Day Visitors booking, online?

    Currently advanced day visitor bookings can only be made by calling or emailing Reservations.

  • I am a pensioner but my Senior Citizen discount does not reflect on my online booking?

    Currently your Senior Citizen discount can only be obtained by contacting Reservations.

  • I would like to book an activity online?

    We don't currently allow for activities to be booked on our online bookings portal.
    Contact our Reservations for assistance in booking an activity/activities prior to your trip.
