KNP Engages Stakeholders
Would you like to have your say on the way the Kruger National Park (KNP) is managed?
The Kruger National Park (KNP) has scheduled three stakeholder engagement meetings for the three main regions affecting the park and encourages all interested and affected people to attend these meetings.
These meetings form part of the public participatory process of the drafting of the new KNP management plan as required by Section 39 (read with Section 41) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act No 57 of 2003.
Meetings will take place at the following venues: Malamulele at the Shingwedzi Multipurpose Educational Centre on Monday June 26, 2006 at 09:30; Phalaborwa at Lantana Lodge on Wednesday June 28, 2006 at 09:30 and Hazyview at the Protea Hotel on Friday June 30, 2006 at 09:30.
Delegates need to confirm their attendance of these meetings by contacting Marisa David on +27 13 735 4340.
