Expand accomodation descriptions

The Base Rate amount is charged for any number of guests occupying a unit not exceeding the base number for that accommodation type. Any additional Adults and Children exceeding the base capacity are charged in addition to the base rate amount per persons up to the amount of beds or guests allowed in the unit.

Example: The cost of a 4 bed unit with a base rate of R600 for the first 2 guests and additional rate of R100 per person (adult or child) will be calculated as follows:

Occupied by 1 guest: R600,  Occupied by 2 guests: R600,  Occupied by 3 guests: R700,  Occupied by 4 guests: R800
