Please note that the compulsory bidders' site meeting is on the 19 May 2008 but registration for this must take place on or before the 12 May 2008
The underlying agreement is a draft. Any changes will be communicated at the Site Visit on the 19th of May 2009. Interested Parties are welcome to provide SANParks with input on areas of concern or clarification prior to the bidders’ conference. Such inputs will form part of the Questions and Answers document to be distributed to all Interested Parties on the 3rd of June 2008.
