Lowveld Golf Day 2005
On behalf of the Honorary Ranger Section Lowveld, you the public are invited to take part at our forthcoming “National Golf Day” April 16th, 2005 at the Kruger Park Lodge, Gary Player Golf Course. We hope this Golf Day will become an annual event and gets embraced by many golfers.
The purpose is fundraising for activities in the Kruger National Park that the SANParks Honorary Rangers are funding e.g. Anti-Poaching-Controls, Game Relocation and many tourist information services.
The fee for each player in the 2005 event is set at R150.00 including an evening boma dinner and nice prizes for the winners. The game is a “Two Ball Alliance, Drive Scramble”. The Shotgun Start is scheduled on Saturday morning at 06:30 a.m. and for the afternoon at 12:30 p.m. Players should enter as pairs with a friend, but if you are unable to find a keen partner, or if an odd number of players want to enter from a company, then additional players will be paired off subject to other available players. The intention is also to have some celebrity players taking part who may also be paired off with participants.

Companies are invited to sponsor a Tee or a Green for R 500,00 each or an entire hole for R 1000,00.
