Ironically, I later noticed that the electric fence which is only about 1.2mts high, had a dead short on it which probably made it ineffective.

Whilst all the other visitors kept a respectful distance back from the fence line, this lady walked right up to it & stressed this elephant which up until then had been quite peacefully grazing & delighting the other guests with its presence immed
