During December 2011 we had a few special sightings. These are just a couple of those pics. I hope to use this as a motivation for this upcoming December holiday. We also saw quite a few snakes such as black mamba, python, puffadder etc. but my camera doesn't have a too great zoom so I couldn't get nice pics of them. We also saw a leopard walking in the road on our last morning as we were on our way to exit the park from Berg en Dal.

These ostriches were taken on the tar road adjacent to the S100 {H6}

This little guy was seen on the S130, right next to the road with NO other cars! He sat there for well over 10 minutes. He got up when the second car arrived.

These pictures were taken on the Mlondozi Loop (S29) near Lower Sabie. It's a mother with three cubs, who started hunting an impala. We were alone with them for quite a while...

We were there for 15 nights if I recall correctly.

No unfortunately I didn't do a TR, but all I can tell you is that most of our best sightings were in the CB & Skukuza areas.
We stayed at Maroela, Satara, CB, Skukuza and B&D with 3 nights each.

Satara and Maroela was a usual full of Lion sightings etc. but all of them was a bit far from us.

But hey, every animal is special! Even when you don't see anything the bush has that special feel...
