Hello Again mites
This thread has been quiet for some time now, So I think it's time to visit kruger again and make some more pictures. So were off to South Africa in 10 days time, will be staying in the following camps in kruger ... Pretoriuskop, Skukuza, Satara (will also stop for a quick visit at Orpen, Malelane, Tamboti and Olifants) So if anyone wants to see a specific bungalow, hut or view, just let me know and I will go find it for you... |

Thank you for making this thread so user friendly. So much easier to look on page 1 and click immediately on the camp and type of accommodation requested .
Much easier than going thru 48 pages to look for a certain camp etc. Well done ![]() |

Any recomendations - have booked a BD3U unit at Lower Sabie in December and staying there for 5 nights Would like one that is not TOO close to the restaurant, but one that has a good view plus shade Any ideas? Thanks |

Hi Marge-when are you going? We have just returned from LS and stayed in No81 (BD2U) and had building going on at units 95-94 (close to Keartland House) so if you are going soon try to keep away from them.We were not bothered by noise in our unit and all have lovely views of the river and are shady. I'm not sure which are the BD3U's but I should imagine all face the river and we didn't hear restaurant noise even when we walked towards Steenbok Guest house.Wonderful to sit on your patio and watch warthogs and Kudu browsing against the fence
You will find photos on Pg 1 of this thread of both No81 and N079 and will get a good idea as to the views. |

I've just looked at the photos of the BD3U's and now I recognise them
No 15 looks a good one and is well away from the restaurant -lucky you |

Thanks Pamelajane , and yes that does look nice. However I don't think there are any that are not so good.
We have booked from the 10 December till 16 December. Then we leave when the crowds arrive ! |

Hi all Krugerlovers
So we will be on our way to Kruger in October 2012. We will be staying at Malalane and Croc Bridge. After seeing photos of unit nr 4 at Croc Bridge, I want to stay there badly. Just love the view.. So tell me is there any way that I can book this spesific unit? |

Ladybug, you can either phone or send a fax to the camp about 2 weeks before your visit requesting that one.

Hi Everyone
Back from a lovely holiday in South africa and Kruger. I made lots of pics in Pretoriuskop, Satara, Maroela and Orpen. Unfortunately we didn't have any time for the other camps this trip. I will start posting pics of Pretoriuskop, and then move on to the other camps. Enjoy |
