| New particle to weigh elephants? |

Does anyone know in English what this new Higgs boss particle is that scientists discovered? And if and how it relates to wildlife and nature conservation in Kruger for example?

Higgs boss particle??
That's a new one! Would also love to know what it is and what benefit it is going to have for conservation. (............if it can weigh an elephant then that's some mean particle |

And did you know that it was discovered by checking the speed of particles through a long tunnel , about the length of an elephant's intestinals . It's also called a long-drop

But I hope this new Higgs thing is not dangerous. One more dangerous thing to look out for will be just too much.

GM, unfortunately such things, same as Nuclear Power, can be used for ominous reasons. It seems this leetle particle as well.

I see in many newspapers/media it is described as the "God Particle" but I think it is going to make some Scientists meet Him.
