travel all safely... and... and... return with some photos

Thanks anne-marie - have left my "happy snappy" camera out so hope I can remember to take some photos for you - will definately try my best

Hugh - we have a very good snatch strap and a Landy - and I think the wee doggie is going to be VERY happy to see everyone and the kitties will probably be fighting you to get the seats closest to the fire

It's still raining here and its REALLY cold - so glad we didn't decide to go ahead with the braai idea - we would have frozen Will light the fires early and warm the house up ...

The camera will be packed .. but no doubt we will forget .. we always have too much fun to think of photos Lets see if we can change that this time and make all the other mites and show Scips and co how Old fogies enjoy themsleves (the zimmer waltz, the zimmer boogie, The zimmer tango ) Who can spit their dentures the furtherest, who takes the most pillies and who puffs and pants the hardest when climbing the steps into Scouters house!!!

Changed my mind! Just remembered that the pool is the wee doggie's territory!

Mites i think we chose the wrong venue.. Parklands is the place to be Just look at that BLUE sky !!!!!
Is it still cloudy in Hout bay ???

- even the wee doggie doesn't like swimming in this weather The pool is heated - but only with a solar panel or 3 and seeing as we haven't seen the sun for days I think its going to be pretty cool ... but you could always try the river if you want a refreshing dip Actually, I think I might still have a wetsuit from my youth in my spareroom somewhere if anyone is brave enough

Hugh - we are coming thru to you ok Its not too bad here at the moment - can see some blue sky - but give it 10 mins and it will probably be raining again - am hoping it will have cleared eventually but this afternoon ....

A BIG THANK YOU to Scouter and SO for being perfect hosts, and for a great Meet! The 'potluck' meet was just perfect for the chilly weather and it was super to see all the familiar faces again!
