Hi Meerkitty :D
Gorgeous lions, I cant tell from your pics but how many were in this pride.

I keep records of all the prides between Lower Sabie and Tshokwane so am very interested to hear more about them.

Regards
Bornfree :D

Hi :)

There were 4 lions - 2 males and 2 females
When we came across them, they were all lying very close, so it was like a bundle of lions

hey kittykat!

We saw the same Male on a night drive on the 21 of October, near the S100. He was part of a pride which had just made a kill.... We watched them feasting on that zebra and later we found the Male with the big wound on his back, directly on the road.....

Great pictures Buffalo Soldier. The Lion might have gotten into a fight with other Lions by the looks of it. But great pictures, Lions are such great creatures, No wonder they are my favourite.
