My daughter recorded this one at Mopani. Is it a Rough scaled or giant plated lizard and how do you tell the difference.

Thanks. :D

Ok so I am thinking that the first is the Southern tree agama - Acanthocercus Atricollis
The second one maybe a Ground Agama - Agama aculeata aculeata?

Both are Southern Tree Agamas (Acanthocercus atricollis), but the bottom one is a juvenile.

This isn't at all a good photo, but can anyone help (from this partial view) with an ID of this lizard? Seen at the restaurant at Mapungubwe's interpretive centre on 14 April 2012.
