Thanks Lionspoon.
I have spoken to Shi and she is probably going to be there. I will be posting more but I live in a valley of mystery. I sometimes think that this was the original garden of Eden. The Cradle is known for the most exciting findings about our early heritage. I am aslo close to Boer war history. I am close to a confluence of 2 rivers that have carved breath taking images into rock. I am close to the largest labyrinth in the southern hemisphere.. I suppose most of all, I am going to host someone who has added invaluable conrtibutions, fallen in love with our country, with Kruger. I would hope that that alone would attact folk. |

Just a reminder that if anyone wishes to meet a very special person from Australia, there will be a possiblity on the day of the cricket at Skukuza.
My guests will be leaving after breakfast, so it will be rather a quick meet. After that anyone is welcome to stay on for birding, walking, talking and .. and.. and.. There will also be a bird show a few kilometres away. Bird lovers can watch a number of raptors and hear more about what is being done for endangered vultures. We would have to leave for this at 2:30, so I suggest a picnic lunch would be in order. |

Soooo, Saturday is approaching fast.
I really regret not being able to attend, still being on the wrong side of the planet. |

Always a next time Ils. It would have been great to meet you as well.
I will own up to the fact that I did not keep the topic as updated as I would normaly. This is largely due to the unpredicability of my weather and also due to a nasty flu virus. |
