The Public Education and Awareness Project (PEAP) of the SANParks Honorary Rangers held it’s 1st display at the popular Maponya Mall in Soweto on 9th to 11th of September. The display drew a large number of visitors wanting to know more about our National Parks.
The display was manned by members from the Johannesburg, Johannesburg South, West Rand and East Rand Regions of the SANParks Honorary Rangers
Members of the public from all walks of life, from young kids to the elderly interacted with the Honorary Rangers and there was a large amount of interest in shown by members of the public in joining the SANParks Honorary Rangers.
PEAP would like to thank all those who assisted with the display. It was a great success and enjoyed by all the SANParks Honorary Rangers.
