I believe that tomorrow night's full moon will be spectacular.

Can anyone shed more light on that?

I do believe that tomorrow's full moon, according to Radio 702, will be spectacular.

I think it is because the moon is at one of its closest points to the earth.

I saw an article on News24 this morning about it, cannot find the link now, but it said that the moon would be closest to earth around 5am on 6 May.

EJ, I heard mention of 16 degrees.

Even tonight, the moon looks close.

For photographers, a great opportunity.

It should be setting by then, if not set already. On the night of the full moon the moon rises approximately as the sun sets, and so in the morning it will be setting as the sun rises. :D
