Hi Db.
Thanks for your response. I have been sikkeling since 2 January 2012. Nothing has changed. Eventually I just made our reservation through central reservations. I sent three notifications of my problem and no response except that it came on screen that a new password has been sent. I tried again this morning and eventually posted my moan. I tried again and uiteindelik got it sorted out. Have a good 2012. Regards Gerhard |

Sorry you had such a struggle Gerhard. If it had been a weekday, I would have put you in contact with one of the techie guys to see what the issue was. At least now you have that booking

Hey all, question for you.
I went on today to pay off the outstanding balances I have on my upcoming reservations. I was able to log in easily enough and find my reservations, but when I tried to enter the amount owed I was presented with a "The amount is too small to cover a deposit." error. I verified that I entered the amount correctly, even copying and pasting the amount from the same page itself, but no luck. I'm getting close to the "pay or lose it" time, and I'd like to pay online for the peace of mind in seeing a R0 balance due message. Anybody else run into a similar problem, and have a potential solution I could try? Thank you. |

Stark, I take it it this is your second deposit and you have to pay the outstanding amount. If this is the case there should be no problems

Yep Duke it is the second deposit, but the system won't let me proceed. I entered the amount in various ways, but always with the "R" in front of it. Maybe I'm just missing the syntax?
For example, lets say the system says I owe R1 000.00. I entered it exactly like that, as R1000, as R1000.00, and nothing was recognized that I was paying the correct amount. Thoughts? |

Without the R?
It is assumed I think that you are paying Rand. |

Help needed in a catch 22 situation!
I registered for online reservations a while back but since then my passport number has changed. Tried to update online but it says you have to do this by contacting reservations. Contacted reservations. they told me to re register. Tried to re-register - came up with "failed registration - this email address already in use" so, where do I go from here except round in circles????????? |

Dear granjan,
I referred your query to a colleague at reservations... She will assist with updating your passport number in the system. Just for general info - it is wrong for any client to be asked to re-register. We are going through a major process of consolidating multiple accounts, so re-registering would only create duplicates - exact opposite of what we want to achieve. (Maybe the call centre assistant misunderstood something... Apologies for that.) |
