hey pal...you're finally hooked up...and on some time off ??

No, still on at work tonight ... I have to work this week, can you fathom that?! But, still can have fun with all of you - and an extension of fun (tons of it) thereafter at home.

...When are you ever going to be able to sleep?!!

OWN you are not going to get much shuteye now that you will have internet at work and at home... but it will be good to see you online when us Saffies are around.

I've found ways to sleep less and have fun more If one sleeps well enough, it is more the quality rather than quantity that matters. I know a highly successful person who has slept an average of 2-3 hours a night for decades! We're not all the same, but I've found that by improving my diet and exercise routine, I can get away with less sleep.

So, you Saffies will not escape me in the day anymore
