I have a credit on my account and cannot find where I can access it on this forum. I logged into Online Booking, but cannot find where to check it. Sanparks reservations says only Finance can see my balance so they couldn't assist me. Can someone kindly point me in the right direction or provide an email, as long distance calls are somewhat expensive. Many thanks!

Hi 'ya DuQues,
I appreciate your effort in trying to help me. I had gone through those tutorials and they are basically for booking on line or modifying bookings, which I certainly make use of from time to time. What I need is access to my client account or someone in Finance who can access my account balance. Rather than a refund I have accepted a credit to my account, but I have no way to check on it that I know of.

Any other ideas out there? Thanks alot to whomever can help.

Credit on Hold can only be transfer by reservation finance

Thanks Lesego. I can't tell you how valuable you are here on the Forums, and I will send them my inquiry. I wish there was a way I could access my account w/out bothering someone, but this is certainly easy enough. Again, most appreciative of your assistance.

I phoned the number provided by Lesego, and within five minutes my credit was transferred to my booking and the confirming e-mail received by me.

I sent an email to the one posted here on Aug.10th. As I had not rec'd a reply by Aug.14th, I resent it again. To date I have not had a response, which is unusual. What more can I do to obtain my credit balance, please? I'm somewhat frustrated at this point as I am getting nowhere. Thanks to whomever can help me out (Lesego?).
