On 24th of July 2012 Augrabies NP will be celebrating Mandela day. They will be holding a Cake and tea morning for the elderly in the community at Marchant and Bloukamp.
They wish to hand out small gifts to these elderly as part of the days activities. There should be about 50 people attending these celebrations.
They asked if it is possible for the forum to assist SANParks in "connecting to society" and make a contribution to this in the form of either small gifts or funds.
This could be what we as forum Members can do for Mandela Day and this can be OUR contribution.
The donations have to go through the VHR's and you can contact me with the info if you wish to make a contribution.
