SANParks has agreed for us to have a dedicated Service Related Feedback section on forum. This is in no way meant to replace the current avenue for complaints which is direct communication with SANParks Customer Care department.

No complaints will be forwarded by the moderators.
All complaints posted on forum will be moved to the Service Related Feedback Forum and members are urged to please adhere to the rules.
