The Honorary Rangers Corps was formally constituted in 1964 but fuctioned fairly loosely until 1987 when the Association of Honorary Rangers was formed and the Rules of the Association adopted in 1988.

He's a tusker in the Steilberg area and the one I believe will be the biggest living KNP tusker in 10 or so years.
