The quiz doesn't specifically say that the places have to be in the Kruger National Park - all that the title suggests is that it needs to be places that (Paul) Kruger might have visited in his lifetime? 
But, seriously, let me apologise upfront here for NOT paying attention when it was warranted.
I see the oversight, but we need to move on, and of course Rooies has helped me with that by answering correctly! Indeed the official point where the Atlantic and Indian oceans meet, as well as the southernmost tip of Africa.Therefore, Rooies is IT.
