As requested by JvR, my Southern African total can be bumped up a bit to 800 exact, finally got Eurasian Marsh-Harrier at Wakkerstroom a few months back after two previous 'possible' sightings of this species where I never got a good enough look to be sure! Now who can organise me a Pennant-wing!!

Got 586 - Mountain Wheatear (Bergwagter) in the estate we live in. Then on weekend to Biyamiti: 381 - Levaillant's Cuckoo (Gestreepte Nuwejaarsvoel) 681 - Nedicky (Neddikkie) - actually saw this one before - but never ticked it off! 483 - Golden-tailed Woodpecker (Goudstertspeg) 487 - Bearded Woodpecker (Baardspeg) 84 - Black Stork (Grootswartooievaar) New Total: 279 Leaving for Namibia in 8 days - hope to add more to the list then... ![]() |

Alicia, I got your message via the grape vine! No problem. I'll add your score in at 124. Don't worry about the recentness of you list! Enjoy it while you can. Lifers are still fantastic at that stage! I update the list at the end of each month.
