I decided to keep this Topic separate from Augrabies Nightdrive Sightings, as this will be more organized and neater as well as not so confusing.
This morning we have find the giraffes as well as the eland together in the area between Moonrock and Kukurasiep. The eland were a little bit far off. Thanks so much for the photos. It is really interesting for me to see the views of the landscape as we would like to incorporate a visit to the park in our trip next year

Giraffes were find again on two separate occasions this morning,3 of them in the area of kukurasiep and about 5 of them with 2 youngsters in the area of Oranjekom waterhole.
Lot of dassies sun basking as well as a Dassie rat sitting on top of a rock boulder. A small herd of springbok as well. A pygmy falcon came flying passing us and I decided to stop when the bird was perching, soon the male arrives and they have a quick mating session, after which the fly off. |

Morning all
A cold morning, and have to give everybody blankets. Giraffes in the area of Moonrock and springbok in the area of Kukurasiep. On my way back 2 steenbok was just jumping out in front of the vehicle and scattered in opposite directions. Two pale chanting goshwalks also sitting apart from each other. Klipspringers and at the end two eland running over the road. |
