I would also love to obtain a copy new or second hand. Have been trying new and used book dealers for sometime. If anyone comes across a copy, please purchase it, I will reimburse you and pay for postage and if necessary your time.
Must be an english version as my afrikaans is dangerous Thanks |

I did google the book, just to see what was available out there in second hand copies. I would say that it would be worthwhile to take the book to a book binder/restorer and have it treated. A second hand copy will set you back about R750.

I hope I am not inadvetently in possesion of a stolen book ! I would never steal such a gem , especially not from Sanparks or its predecessor , The National Parks Board Of Trustees ! Skukuza library is a reference library , one day when I am brave enough to overnight there I would like to spend a day or 4 perusing the priceless documents from yesteryear ... |

I have two copies of 'Memories of a Game Ranger' - First edition 1948 that were given to me by my late father and grandmother. The one is in good condition and the other needs a little repairing. Does anyone know of a place in the JHB/PTA area that restores books?

There is a book binder of sorts at Fourways Crossing. I'll have a look and see what they offer.
