This new particle sounds important but I already got it wrong – it is not the Higgs Boss particle, the correct term is Higgs Boson particle. I guess now that the boss is gone the woman mysteries will remain.

I think it is very exciting.. but will it explain a smile? I do think that it is exciting though. As for understanding women, we still can't understand why men don't ask for directions. ![]() |

Men are born with a natural build in compass particle therefore no need to ask for directions

Men also have a limited capacity for words and a chonic deficiency in self doubt
Note, its the God particle, created by high velocity, explosions and collisions. Only a man could make mass out of friction. Wonder how the world would be with a Godess particle? This is very tongue in cheek. The Mail and Guardian had a brilliant explanation for dummies. From "An idiots guide to sub atomic theory". For harassed sleep deprived parents "If the constituent parts were sticky faced toddlers, then the Higgs field would be like one of those ball pits they have in children's play areas. Each plastic coloured ball represents a Higgs boson: collectively they provide the essential drag that stops your toddler, or electron falling into the bottom of the universe, where all the snakes and hyperdermic needles are" Higgs bosun in a nutshell... works for me |

The real discovery is going to be the "women particle", that is if they ever find one. Maybe that will help man unravel the mystery of the female mind.

I kid you not, they ask which way do we need to turn out of the garage onto the N2. But they are still the best three males on this planet of my world, and I adore and am in awe of them. |

Lol Crested Val I think the only thing that is real here is that we need each other for directions along the way

Anyone who has worked with DB at the cricket knows that there is no need for directions. You only need to follow hers
Deebs and you thought it was the men To share some more Idiot's guide to sub atomic theory. from Mail and Guardian. For teenagers studying matric physics "No, I know its an atom. I didn't say it was. Well I meant a particle. Yes, I do know what electro magnitism is, thank you very much-united forces, Einstein, blah, blah, blah, mass unaccounted for, yadda, yadda, quarks, Higgs boson, the end. It was a long time ago and I'm tired." |

Lol MM and DB I never expected that a particle and a sense of direction or lack thereof would make us have a good laugh. It is nice meeting and getting to know you a bit better in this way Mr Higgs Boson

I am worried that we might be going too much into the intellectual space.
Between Mr Higgs boson and naked scientists, we seen to be getting very much back to nature |
