I've just received the book I made (purely for my own use) of my Kgalagadi images and I am so impressed with the quality of the final product that I just had to share it with other forumites. It took just 8 days from when I loaded the book on the US-based internet site (http://www.blurb.com) to when it was delivered to me in Stellenbosch. It is a proper 276 page hard cover (13 x 11 inch) book with a dust jacket. I ordered two copies and, all included, it cost about $262 delivered by FedEx.

Just had a peek at your book... You've got some stunning images in there; and I love the cover...

I agree with you about Blurb. I've made 11 full-size photo-books with them now, and I'm about to start on my 12th - our Kruger visit in October. The software can still be a little flaky; but the end result is getting better & better IMO.

Regrettably, my images are nowhere near as impressive as yours

Hey was wondering if someone can please help me with blurb. I have downloaded the software and will use indesign to do my workflow.

What did you guys use to design the book above.

Just one question about the mybs under the book when i viewed it, it says this photographer will be sadly missed ?

in indesign it has 3 lines to work within.:
red line - final file size
Black - page size / trim
magenta - safe art boundry

which one must i work within.

I saw that the owner of this book, mybs, passed away in December 2011. Love this book ! So sad to hear !
