@WAC: Is it just me or does that zebra hardly have a mane

We went to Imfolozi in november and came across 2 different zebra with what looked like predator wounds. Both animals seemed to be healthy and apart from possible infection in the first one I am sure they both will survive.

Zebra 1 looks as though the wound may have been caused by fighting too. What do others think ?

Zebra make such nice subjects with their stripes. They seem to want to have their pics taken , rather like Gemsbok and Kudu
