| Also need help with Wild Card |

I purchased a Wild Card at Berg en dal on Aug 17, 2012 but left the paper receipt in our rental car when I returned it. I believe the receipt contained instructions on how to obtain the card. I have sent two messages to the Wild Card link but have heard nothing. Can anyone help me find out how to obtain the card. Thank you.
