Thanks for the prompt reply Saraf!

I never received my replacement Wild card, in the 9 months till it expired. after Sanparks took over the admin in +- Oct the year before last.
I bought a new one in Dec and updated details 5 weeks ago. I also checked that they were correct.
When I phoned for a progress report as I need it again soon, I was told that my partners details were not correctly entered under I.D. number, in that it was entered as a passport no. I think this part of form needs adjusting as I tried to enter the no as an I.D.no.
Anyway , now I have to wait another 2 to 6 weeks!

Preparing for our next trip coming march I started wondering about our Card. Bought it november 2010, got it updated and never got my card. Joep Stevens did an extra udate, no result. I made an extra update ( for the trip last september), again no card coming. We had no problems with our confirmation letter in september. So the trip was great. What shall I do now: renew the card online or just buy a new one 7 march at B&D?
Any suggestion 's welcome.

Daffy, I would renew your card online then use the contact details on this page to link the renewal to your existing card. They can then check what has happened to your original card and why you haven't received it. You will get a confirmation email when you renew, take that to the park with you.

Alternatively some people have had success using Hein's email which you'll find in a post earlier in the thread.

I finally managed to go to the post office and yeah it was my wild card that was waiting for me there.

Hi Saraf, managed to renew this evening and got my confirmation letter witin minutes. Now crossing fingers to receive the real card in de post. Thanks again for your help.

Since November the wild card is missing, the wild magazin is missing.

Even an email-exchange with Marietjie Smith, PA for Hein Grobler (Programme Manager: Wild Card), brought no results till today.

I am hoping reg. letter notice found in the letter box yesterday afternoon will soon be exchanged for a Wild Card!

Funny how a wild card meant a piece of paper printed out from an email for a year or 2 for several different san park entries.
It needed a couple of calls to the wild centre to help it along, but :-----
At last I have a real plastic card, a WILD CARD!
