What a nice initiative, SW and Flutterby! Great effort. :thumbs_up: Will be so nice to monitor Kamea and her pups here on the forum.

I wish I could have a decent sighting of WD's in KNP :pray:. We had a very brief sighting many years ago near BnD as a pack crossed the road at full throttle. As quick as they appeared, they disapeared. :cry:

(I also like the name Special K!)

Thank you guys for this. I am out in the Kruger next week really can't wait!!!!! :D and will be looking for her.

It's quite interesting and very unusual that she has moved away from the pack to raise her young, I wonder if she wasn't the alpha female :?

Thanks for starting this thread, and for all of the great pictures of Kamea the Special K girl and her pups! We haven't seen Wild Dog at Kruger yet. Hopefully on our next visit we will see Kamea!
