Let's think....
I guess because as all have said, the common passion we share, might it be the wildlife, nature, the Kruger National Park, whatever. There is a unifying factor here.
Secondly, because as Imberbe says, this is the closest I can get to the bush, while im not there! The forum enables me to see, hear and experience Kruger/the bush in a flawed form
As already pointed out, I bore people to death about my Kruger stories. I'll take over conversations, streer in a 'Kruger' discussion and in this way make another person's night horrific
I just have too much positive energy when talking about my favorite place, and I think soem friends are glad I meet my match here from time to time
The information is so HUGE, and quite detailed, exactly what I am looking for! Then again, I learn from other people's discussions, experiences etc. There is soo much to talk about.
Here, I give and recieve. I LOVE to give advice on initiaries, discuss possibilities, and compare facts. There is IMHO no bigger KRUGER fan then myself, it's close to desparation.....
Then, I also get the benefits, like valuable info, my video trip with Mgoddard, and the planned 'Piano Saga'. Lovely place this forum...
Because I meet other passionate people, who have other ideas, facts, info and experiences. Becuase I have made numerous new 'friends' and it broadened my horizons. Unfortunately, I have seen people like WTM, W@H, GWEN, etc leave which is SAD
However, I'm just to passionate to be struck down by the sometimes negative trends
There is almost NO day where I don't log on, except if I really can't! I have 8 favorites under my favorite list in internet explorer. When I wake up, I open my laptop, press the Internet button, and start reading. So to, I get 30 emails from SANParks form a day, all BEGGING for a reply
I LOVE the (hidden) humour of some formites, and our jokey mods (like Mr. Hardekool) However, the mods are the fundament of this whole forum. Without it, it will collpase within a week. I was on the 'weg' forum. However, I got tuned so badly after discussing simple 'some are better roads then other' in Pilanesberg that I decided to NEVER return.
