I really do not have a clue
What is hiding here in my shoe,
It isn't my toes
they don't hiss, as far as I knows
not quite sure just what to do

A jackal, a giraffe, a monkey, and me
Decided to race to the top of a tree.
As we climbed to the top,
Our hearts raced and wouldn't stop
The giraffe won by a neck, hehehe.

We had brekkies at Tshokwane
A much better place than in a Barn
have I been pronouncing it wrong?
me too! with others all along
And does it rhyme with Malelane? :?

Inspiration is like lightning, it comes when you get it and if you blink you miss it, so I hereby interrupt the flow for my own one.

A chick living in Tsitsikama,
Went to Keimoes to marry a farmer
They had sixteen kids
Then their marriage hit the skids,
And now she's a breeder of llama

BB now you've started something.

A cheeky young fellow from P'kop
got caught on the road by a spiedkop
he said, Just as I feared
a moustache and a beard
and u think u are such a big hotshot

Ok sorry, I wont do it again

Two of our forumites had a magnificent view
Of the beautiful Milky Way
I know they did enjoy their stay
In the beatiful national park in Karoo

A beautiful young ranger from Letaba
Got together with the lions for an Indaba
Sadly the lions were hungry,
and then they got angry
now there's a lioness with a ranger inside her

A beautiful young ranger from Letaba
had his hair cut by a one armed, blind barber
Who made a terrible mistake and cut off his ear
he said thats the third one I've done this year
Pickled ears keep well in my larder

In the grass a leopard lay dreaming

I was walking down the Lower Sabie road
When I suddenly heard a sound which fear forebode
twas scarely like a grating saw,
which sent shivers through my clinching jaw
As a leopard through the bush softly strode

next

slithering quietly through the grass

One dark night in the hide at Nossob
Two little mice, one named Bob

And this for Jenb:

I know a young lady from Tzendse
if you need a good poet she'd then be
The person you'd need
to write poems with speed
That creative young lady called Jenb
