I think your new structure for Kudu's is wonderful. I would like to ask one question though please.

Say I vote for DQ (I know he is a mod so would not vote for him, just taking his name as an example) this month. Say he does not move up - does my vote from this month carry over till next month or must I vote for DQ again next month? Also once voted for a member who then gets an extra Kudu, can you vote for that member again later for another kudu? Sorry maybe dumb questions, and maybe answered elsewhere, but I am just too tired to go and search for the answers.

Not dumb questions at all Jazil.

A spread sheet is kept where each vote is added to the nominated member's name. And each vote stays there once it is made. So if DQ had 4 votes and you vote for him this month, he will have 5 and then if you vote for him again next month he will have 6. Votes are carried over.

One may vote for a member once in a calendar month if they so wish. So if you think DQ deserves a vote during October and then again in November, you can vote for him in October and again in November and those votes just add onto the votes he has.

Hope this explanation makes sense!

Nope timbo, you cannot - only admin and the mods can.

You'll know you have at least so many votes -
1 Kudu = 5 Nominations
2 Kudu's = 20 Nominations
3 Kudu's = 40 Nominations
4 Kudu's = 75 Nominations
5 Kudu's = 100 Nominations
- if you have a Kudu 8)

You can vote monthly.

One of the MODs post the all the new kuduees in this thread. And you see the horns under your name.

HP - members must please PM a mod with their nomination/s and then that mod will add them to a spreadsheet and notifies the other mods of the nominations received. You may vote for a member once in a calendar month but for as many members as you truly feel deserve recognition.

Just to add some more answers to your questions...

Members can send mods their nominations any time during the month.

Kudu's are usually updated/granted on the last day of the month.

SO!! Anyone you guys thinks deserves a vote from you? Best get them in asap!!
