I can tell you something quite interesting about that though. If you can cast your mind back to the last time you were at Shingwedzi, you might remember that the shop, reception, deck, offices and restaurant are all under the same thatched roof. An interesting "factiod" - when this was built, it was the largest area under thatch in the world!!!

Also very close!! 8) Mopani was built in 1991 but it is only the deck that is on stilts, the actual building has a conventional foundation.

And now I'm going to give it away ...

The facility that I am thinking of all the accommodation units are built on stilts!!!
