I hope the Post Office Strike will soon be over and you will get your card soon.

Same problem here...
I will maybe make some ennemies by saying this : but I suspect them not to issue the cards at all sometimes... just to spare the costs.

This thread has answered my question's. I also have not received my Wild Card but do have the confirmation email. It would have been nice to have the actual card but hey ho.

Very pleased to report a happy ending to this thread - and to thank Saraf once again for the help. Our first issue of Wild magazine arrived yesterday, which seemed to be a good sign. And then our actual Wild Card was delivered today. So yes, a combination of patience and persistence does work!

Now we only have to contain our excitement about being in Kruger for just a few more weeks...

Wild card arrived today

Dunno what she did but Sara seems to have done the trick (given 'em a good kicking?)

It only took from Feb 26 - so I can't complain I suppose

Seriously, how can this service be acceptable? I tried to email Sanparks to get a resolution but got a stony silence in reply. Even a message saying 'We are looking in to this' would be preferable to SFA. On a rating of 0 - 10 I would give about -2.

Why should a mod living in the UK need to intervene to sort out Sanparks' mess? Sorry, but these guys really need to move up a gear or six!

Hey Brummie, get in line. My card was confirmed on the 18th February 2013
and I haven't received my actual Wild Card yet.

But I agree with Brummie - I too find this service unacceptable. I know, saraf is doing her
utmost to accommodated enquires / complaints and direct them accordingly. :gflower:
I don't need that because I know where to send my enquiries to. But I'm tired of this.
When I pay for a product I don't want to be spending my time chasing it after I have paid it.

Maybe this topic should be merged with the very same topic here?
