Ag nee, I know the #5 challange was out early ,.but nobody said anything about it being in early.I was going to post my answers just now when I saw the answers are there already.

Dear participants of the Bird ID Challenges, the answers to challenge #6/2013 will not be posted on the forum before 22 February 2013. You still have more than a week to find the correct IDs! :thumbs_up:

I was just about to pm my answers for #5 when I saw all the answers on the forum! :big_eyes:

NOT ALL OF US CAN GET THE ANSWERS IN EARLY! PLEASE GIVE US TIME - I know that sometimes the answers have been held back because people haven't been able to complete their identifications. :pray:

Now it seems as though I've spent quite a bit of time trying to identify the birds in vain.... well not in vain as it wasn't necessarily a fruitless exercise, as I didn't correctly id them all. :hmz:

Hi davejenny, I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience! It was just a misunderstanding because the challenges were put up early. I can assure you it won't happen again. Also please refer to my apologies above on 13 February 2013! :wink:

I must, however, tell you that the answers will be put up during the day on Friday, while you wanted to post yours 9.24 pm. That might be a little late. I don't know what the time difference is between the UK and SA? Is it two hours? :doh:

The answers for challenge #6/2013 will only be put on the forum on 22 February 2013 as originally arranged with Wildtuinman. :thumbs_up:

4/10 on first try all by myself then with help 8/10 for no 6.
For a not even duckling, something between duckling and hatchling, i don't think my fisrt try was to bad.
