Correct umtali1

their claws are semiretractable.

the claws only recess partially, by remaining extended, the claws act like running spikes, aiding traction.

My kids have the cuties book with the whole story (fable) of how it happen that the Baobab was planted upside down, because he didn't want to share with the other animals so for his punishment God pulled him out and planted him upside down and only allowed him to have leave, flowers and fruit for a short time of year that he has to share.
