I see in the details of this accommodation they mention there is a double bed, sleeper couch and the next point says 2 single beds and a sleeper couch? But this is only for 4 people. I assume the 2 single bed s is wrong?

Hi there - unfortunately I do not have a reply for you however will be watching for replys as we are in the same situation of needing to know about best accomodation. We are four adults. We are from Australia and will be traveling to South Africa at the end of November. I believe accomodation close to the "water hole".
Cheer for now.

They use 2 single beds to form a double bed.The sleeper couch is defenitely not fit for 2 adults.

Hi there Alf

Visiting Addo? :D

You will find the chalets very stylish and neat. Tiko is right, it is 2 single beds next to each other. Make a special request for 31 or 32. From the veranda you have a view on the waterhole down below on your right. The fence is right in front of you and many animals pass on their way to the waterhole. But take your binoculars.

Hi there Tiko - what would be the best accommodation for 3 adults (my husband & I and my mother) also the best valued accommodation.

We will be coming from Australia, would appreciate your input.
Kind Regards
Jenny

Hi Jenny

I recommend the Chalet 2bd +dsc(CH2/4).The sleeper couch is okay for one adult. You should also have nice views from your balcony.

Thank you for this info Tiko.
I have looked at the size of the accommodation and don't think it would be a good idea for all three of us to be in one room. Could you suggest a situation that has two bedrooms. Once again if you could suggest one with great views.
I really appreciate you imput.
Kind Regards

Hi once again - I have checked out all the prices and it seems we will have to book 2 x units (works out cheaper that the guest houses) to get the two bedrooms. So which of these two would have the best view of the waterhole.
Once again, your input will be appreciated.

We just been to Addo. now the tents are not suitable in your situation but they are really nice and have a view right on a water hole We had number 1 own parking space and you have a key to your own cupboard and own hot plate in the kitchen. Al spotlessly clean
