Seen first newborn lambs S65 and today 15 november at Makhadzi. Saw an Impala with signs of early stage of labour but she wondered off into the bush on the S95 near Letaba

November is a very special time to be in Kruger to see the many Impala lambs. Last year November we saw many lambs on the Skukuza- Tshokwane road. Wish I was there.

I left Kruger on the 9th November and sadly didn't see any newborns.

Spotted this old gent on our recent trip. He is by far the oldest impala I have ever seen. Isn't he just special?

"Born to be Wild" is about the birth of an Impala. These are the great moments of nature to welcome new life. I hope you will enjoy this video. 8)
