Once again I have trouble with the online wildcard system.

I went online to check my expiry date and see that according to the website it expired in May 2012 but I renewed at the beginning of 2012 so it should run out in 2013. Ihave also used it at various parks during 2012 so it must still be valid!

I sent an e-mail to the wildcard centre but have had no reply :naughty: y.

Please do not send me one of your forms to fill in - you did that the last time I had a query and as far as I could see nothing happened.

I have been trying to renew my Wildcard since last week. When I key in my surname and wildcard number I received the following database error message... "SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from http://172.30.0.93/Membership.svc?wsdl". I continue to receive the same message today. I have referred this to SANParks by two separate e-mails but have yet to receive a response.

Our SANParks aware of this problem?
Do they know what the problem is?
Are they planning on fixing it?
Is anyone going to reply to my e-mails?

Hi DSouter,

Sorry I missed your post.

Please email me your Wild Card number, or ID number and I will ask our colleagues in the Wild Card division to investigate. nedret.saidova@sanparks.org

Dear HiltopP,

Would you be willing to try again?

The online renewal system appears to be working again, albeit very slowly. Thank you for doing that.

The online generation of a PDF confirmation letter is not working (it produces a PDF document containing 0 bytes). I have ever received an e-mail confirmation letter, but perhaps you need to investigate why the online one is not being generated.

Still no response from the two e-mail queries. You guys need to respond to these queries, no point in having a contact address without a response..... ;-)

Yes, we are battling with an issue where if Adobe on the client's machine is not the latest version - it does not load the document.

Can you please forward me those queries?

Or were they via the online submission form, in which case a date of submission will help investigate.

Nedret, thank you for responding so quickly.

I can confirm that I have the very latest Adobe loaded onto my machine, in fact if I remember correctly the most recent update was done last week (v 11.0.2 running on Firefox).

The two e-mail enquiries about the database problem were sent through 9/3/2013 @ 6.30pm, one via normal e-mail, and one via your online system.
