Last year I went to a SANPARKS park from Gauteng without having to pass through any towns.
In other words once on the National highway no stops except toll-booths.
Which park do you think I went to?

Mountain Zebra Nat Park. As long as there is no road closures on the N1. During my last trip I had to drive via Parys and Welkom due to flooding after Kroonstad and massive traffic build up back to Sasolburg.

Golden gate another possibility if you do not count the bypass at Harrismith as a town or turnoff at Warden from the N3 and drive pass Kestell

I will base my next question on my next trip. Where will you pay the most for a camp site for 2 people sharing without a power point?

Not the correct answer but the amount is the same. The clue is that the campsite does not have any power points. There is solar power for lights, but none to plug in. To make it easier its not in Kruger, so that exclude Balule and Tsendze.
