Snakes

Without any doubt, this Horned Adder is the star of the list. About 40 cm, camouflaged in the scree, it hardly moved, at first I thought it was dead ... no, no, it was just recovering from its stupor of winter  still a big first

Then quite a lot of Cape Cobras, including a dead one

This one turned long, first on the road, then in the sand ... :hmz:
it was looking for a corner to poop... like cats

This one stood up and has "fled" as fast as it could, and I missed the first pictures.
I was on the wrong side in the car

This Mole Snake warmed itself in the sand of the road, I stayed a long time to protect it ... but I had to give, to my great regret :(
I have not seen it on the road the next day, so I want to believe that it escaped to the tires 4x4

Suricates

Not a lot of chance with Suricates, or too far away, or hidden by high and dense grass

Réparations

Kieliekrankie, a pride of Lions (about 10 of them), visited the camp early this morning… of course before I arrived :slap:
And Willem have to fix the lamp for next night, and at the waterhole put again in place the misplaced stones... what a work... it seems the harder was to return with all things on the shoulder
