Hi all

I have been trying to validate my wildcard ( for the 3rd year running ) using the online update faciltiy but cannot seem to get the system to send me a ?validation code?? As mentioned, this has happened for the last 3 years on the last 3 occassions I have purchased the WildCard.

Who can I now send details too, to get my WildCard validated, and the card issued. This needs to be done before our forthcoming trip to KNP, from the UK, in November, so no rush ( I guess lol )

Thanks

Mike Goss

Mike,

Please PM me with your Wild Card number and a contact email address and I'll see what I can do.

Hope so. I seem to remember we are in some of the same camps on the same days. We should be in a Kia Sportage with the YR loud and proud

We will be in our trusty silver grey Hyundai Atos (Amica) NPS reg.
Yellow and red ribbons will be displayed.

Hope you get your Wildcard sorted...........I'll be trying to do ours nearer the time, but may wait till I get to the gate, if I have a problem.

Hi Joep:

Perhaps you may be able to help me, too? Despite repeated emails, I am still unable to access / update my details. All I get are error messages, either "no match found" or when I WAS finally able to access my details (it's a bit confusing to have two different numbers, often neither works! :wall: ) and tried to update them, I received this error message:

Error: We could not process your request at this time. Please contact us if this problem persists.

After repeated contacts and assurances that the problem(s) are rectified, these problem(s) still occur, I have just tried yet again to update my details before posting this message.

PLEASE can you help??? :wall: :wall: :wall:

Thanks, arks
