Tx for the comments....a few more to share... :wink:

We were so lucky to find the Cheetah in the road. He pose for a few images and we thought with us the only car at the sighting we must just wait for the perfect shot

Image

He then left his mark on the Sanparks sign

Image

but then the the Hyenas arrive chase him away and snuff the sight

Image

and looks like if he thinks it is a joke and laugh about it ...but we didn't think it was a joke and missed out ....

Image

{ Sorry to upload Hyena images under the Cheetah forum :( }

Female with 5 cubs on S 21.
We thought five were rather unusual and wondered how many would survive, but the photos above of four adults together at Gudzani gave me hope !
The best thing about this sighting is that we had them all to ourselves for about twenty minutes !

Here are a couple we encountered heading south just before Tshokwane on the 07Aug 2012.
It appears that the mother was training the juvenile to hunt.

Love all these Cheetah photos.
Here is another of ours. This was the juvenile from my previous photos just leaving the road.
