Hi all you forumites,

I want to clarify an upcoming change so that there is no confusion

As from 1 July, I will no longer be using the Addo Elephant forum name to interact on the forum as I am moving to Mountain Zebra National Park.
You are welcome to post queries regarding Mountain Zebra NP for my attention and I promise to get to them as soon as I can (just call me Mountain zebra

). Of course Michael is also there to keep you updated on the sightings in Mountain Zebra.

We will make sure that your queries regarding Addo Elephant NP are still answered by the staff in the park....and I'll still be reading your posts to keep up to date with what is happening in Addo

So keep in touch and keep posting!

Of course I will be a bit sad to leave the very special Addo ENP after 10 wonderful years of living here :cry:

....but I'm really looking forward to the new challenge and work in Mountain Z :dance:

Hi Megan

I had a lovely chat with the manager of MZNP a few years ago -- great dreams and plans for the park.
Cheetahs have flourished, rhino and buffalo are doing well, the park has expanded...

Hope you will be very happy there.
So many opportunities -- higher concentrations of game on the grasslands than in Addo bush, plans to enlarge the park and join up with Camdeboo one day (imagine!), cheetah tracking...

May MZNP see as radical changes in your time as ADDO has seen over the past 10 years!
