I recall reading that the Nhlanganzwani Dam was bridged because of blue-green algae becoming a big problem - causing game to die in the area. I have not been to the south-eastern part of the park for quite a number of years (I got stuck in the north ever since). Can somebody give clarity whether the road to the dam (the S107) is also closed like the one to Silolweni Dam (which was also bridged because of the same reason)?

Hi Stoffel
The dam wall has not been repaired (probably won't be, because of new water policy) but the road is still open and it is quite a nice drive down to the dam. The dam is now a flat grassland but we have seen buck there but not much else.
